OFFICIAL RULES — THE ULTIMATE PUERTO AVENTURAS GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. Sponsor The The Ultimate Puerto Aventuras Getaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by SweepsLuxe, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 15245 S Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, FL 33908, United States. 2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya, and the participating brand sponsors (Conde Nast, Dink Eyewear, Godfather Pickleball, Ibkul Clothing, Pickleball Bella, and Stria Sneakers), and members of the same household or immediate family of any such person, are not eligible. Void in the Province of Quebec, in Rhode Island, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. 3. Sweepstakes Period Entries will be accepted starting at 5:00 AM PT / 8:00 AM ET on August 6, 2026 and ending at 4:59 PM PT / 7:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 4. How to Enter (a) Free entry via SweepsLuxe. Visit https://sweepsluxe.com/offer/the-ultimate-puerto-aventuras-getaway, provide the information requested on the entry page, and complete one or more optional entry tasks listed on the page. Completing the entry form grants one (1) entry. Each additional task completion grants the number of entries indicated for that task on the entry page. Limit one (1) entrant per person, per email address, for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Automated entries, entries generated by scripts or bots, and entries submitted by any means not authorized by these rules will be disqualified. (b) Free alternate method of entry (AMOE) by mail. Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth legibly on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper first-class postage to: SweepsLuxe, Inc. Attn: The Ultimate Puerto Aventuras Getaway AMOE 15245 S Tamiami Trail Fort Myers, FL 33908 One (1) entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 26, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than August 30, 2026. Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry into the random drawing. AMOE entries are treated as equivalent to online entries for the purpose of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail. (c) Free daily check-in. Once per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may check in from their SweepsLuxe account at https://sweepsluxe.com/checkin. Each check-in grants entries in every sweepstakes the entrant has already entered that is still open. The number of entries a single check-in grants increases with the number of consecutive days on which the entrant has checked in: one (1) entry per day to start, two (2) entries per day from day three (3), three (3) entries per day from day seven (7), and four (4) entries per day from day fourteen (14) onward, which is the maximum. Missing a day returns the entrant to the first day of the count. Checking in is free, requires no purchase or payment of any kind, and is open to every entrant on the same terms. (d) Welcome tour bonus. An entrant who completes every step of the SweepsLuxe welcome tour receives fifty (50) bonus entries, credited to the next sweepstakes the entrant enters after completing the tour. The bonus is granted once per person for the lifetime of their SweepsLuxe account, however many times the tour is replayed; an entrant who skips the tour receives no bonus entries. Completing the tour is free, requires no purchase or payment of any kind, and is open to every entrant on the same terms. An entrant who enters by mail under §4(b) may instead receive the same fifty (50) bonus entries, once per person, by writing "WELCOME BONUS" on their 3" x 5" card; the bonus is credited to that mail-in entry. (e) Free entries from invites and milestones. Each entrant has a personal invite link in their SweepsLuxe account. When a person who joins SweepsLuxe through that link enters their first sweepstakes, the entrant who invited them receives 1 entry in each sweepstakes that entrant has already entered and that is still open, and the person who joined receives 1 entry in the sweepstakes they have just entered. SweepsLuxe also grants entries for reaching free milestones in a SweepsLuxe account, such as entering a first sweepstakes or inviting other people; the number of entries a milestone grants is shown with that milestone in the entrant's account, and those entries are credited to each sweepstakes the entrant has already entered and that is still open. Inviting others and reaching milestones are free, require no purchase or payment of any kind, and are open to every entrant on the same terms. 5. Prize One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of The Ultimate Puerto Aventuras Getaway at Puerto Aventuras, Riviera Maya, Mexico, and including: 4-Day / 3-Night stay in a beautifully appointed Premium Room at Dreams Aventuras All-inclusive gourmet dining, snacks, and top-shelf beverages throughout your stay Sunset catamaran cruise along the Riviera Maya coast 2 complete rounds of golf with modern golf cart and premium club rentals included Exquisite harbor-side dinner and custom cocktails at a top-tier marina restaurant Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $4,999. Airfare, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, gratuities, travel insurance, passport or visa fees, and any expense not expressly listed above are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Retreat dates are subject to availability and must be booked in coordination with Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya within twelve (12) months of prize claim; blackout dates may apply. 6. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee on or about September 7, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the send date, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor's sole discretion. 7. Winner Verification and Canadian Skill-Testing Question The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return the required documents within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize award is contingent on verification of eligibility. Canadian residents: to comply with Canadian sweepstakes law, any Canadian potential winner must, at the time of prize claim, correctly answer, without mechanical or other aid, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the allotted time will result in forfeiture and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 8. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 9. Publicity Release Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor, Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya, and the participating brand sponsors to use the winner's name, city, state or province, likeness, photograph, video, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes worldwide in any media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation, notification, or approval, subject to any separately-signed Publicity Release required by law. 10. Privacy Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the SweepsLuxe Privacy Policy at https://sweepsluxe.com/privacy. Entrants who complete opt-in tasks specifically consenting to receive communications from a participating brand sponsor will have their name and email address shared with that sponsor as disclosed at the time of the task. Aggregate campaign performance data (entry counts, task completion rates, no personal identifiers) will be shared with the participating resort and brand sponsors. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and Canadian residents have additional rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), each as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Release of Liability By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya, the participating brand sponsors, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, cost, or damage of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. 12. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 13. Governing Law and Disputes This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida. Each entrant hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue. Canadian residents' rights under applicable consumer protection legislation are preserved. 14.
